On Friday 31 May we’re offering a great opportunity to try out some of our new wines – paired with some amazing food – prepared once again by Craig Cormack and accompanied by some laid- back saxophone.
Tickets are R150 per head for GBYC members and R180 for non-members. Booking is essential and places are limited. The wine is paired with a small taste of each of the following:
- Ken Forrester Petit Rose
Oyster and Beef
- Simonsig Chenin Blanc
Arancini, Roasted cauliflower, tempura cauliflower, truffel oil, parmesan crumb
- Leopards Leap Merlot
Dry aged beef sirloin, Mushroom, mushroom reduction, parmesan spoom, truffle
- Simonsig Cab/Shiraz
Braised lamb shank, pomme puree, red wine jus
